Sparkling Experience...in our Roman Cellar

An introduction to how sparkling wine is made and how the grape varieties play an important role in the flavours and aromas created.

Guests can enjoy a tutored tasting of 5x10cl. glasses of wine and to learn more about how the Dryhill vineyard plays a vital role in creating award winning bubbly and delicious still Rosé featuring Champagne grape varieties.

The event describes Gloucestershire's role in the evolution of Champagne. This fun activity is open to anyone with an interest in the subject and includes a selection of Cotswold cheeses.

These events are operated in February, March, April & May on the first Wednesday of each month.
